Congratulations to Capertee Valley Breeders

Three Way Speckle Parks made their mark at the National Speckle Park Sale held in Scone in April. Neil and Glenda Gorrell sold 9 head of cattle consisting of 2 cows and calves one judged Champion Female of the sale and selling for $10,000.00, the other was the top priced cow selling for $10,500.00, Three 14 month old females sold from between $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 one of these is heading to Brisbane Royal and another heading to Melbourne Royal later this year. Their three quality bulls selling from $8,000.00 . 
A beautiful show steer by Mr Business the stud’s resident Speckle Park Sire sold for $2,000.00. One package of Mr Business’s semen also sold for $1,000.00 

This was the stud’s first release of their top females, and they were in hot demand.  Neil and Glenda also had on offer 2 only embryo packages each consisting of 4 embryos from their top stud females by imported Canadian semen, these grossed over $8,000.00. 

The sale grossed over $88,000.00 for the stud. Bulls were also sold within 2 days post sale to clients who were outbid on their bulls at the sale. 

Neil and Glenda would also like to thank the Speckle Park Sale committee and other vendors at the sale, the animals were top quality and presented in a manner becoming a quality annual event such as this.
